Workz Profile Switching is an intelligent profile management solution for eUICC SIMs, enabling the automatic changing of the complete network profile (not just the IMSI) and its accompanying applets to support optimised network connectivity.

Change profile and apps for optimal connectivity

The solution provides enhanced connectivity and flexibility for devices by changing a device’s eUICC profile and its related applets. Workz Profile Switching SIM applet enables manual or automatic selection, download, and activation of the most suitable eUICC profile and its associated applets based on the device’s requirements, which can be defined by selected parameters such as location or signal strength. Utilising the capabilities of the eUICC and managing the whole profile and its applets, Workz Profile Switching offers superior connectivity management than traditional multi-IMSI-based solutions.

The smart applet also allows the automatic management of pre-provisioned profiles added to the eUICC during personalisation. The change of connectivity can be set to operate either independently or from the device.
