IoT provider opens first of many support offices across the Americas
Workz, the mobile and IoT solutions provider, today announced the opening of two new offices on the East Coast of the US to offer SIM, eSIM and IoT technologies to customers across North and South America. These comprise of a corporate office in Delaware and a sales and support office in Jacksonville, Florida. These two openings are the first of several planned across the US and will provide local support to mobile network operators, device manufacturers and IoT integrators in the region.
The company will provide IoT, eSIM and remote SIM provisioning services to the cellular IoT market which, according to a report by Ericsson will grow to over 4 billion devices by 2024. In a recent market report from Counterpoint, Workz was recognized as one of the world’s leaders in eSIM technology. It is one of only six companies in the world to provide GSMA-certified full management of eSIM technology. Since first introducing its offering for the new SIM technology at the end of last year, the company has launched projects with mobile network operators, device manufacturers, and governments across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa in the automotive, consumer device, and energy sectors.
According to the Nilson Report, the company is the world’s largest scratch card manufacturer and a top ten SIM card producer. With an international workforce of over 400 employees in nine locations across five continents, Workz services more than 100 leading mobile and IoT brands across the globe.
