Workz aims to contribute its expertise and resources to support GSMA initiatives to shape the mobile industry in key areas such as SIM development, remote provisioning and M2M solutions.

Workz, who are one of the largest telecoms subscriber products and solutions provider in the Middle East and Africa delivering over 850M products to market each year, also expect to benefit from membership through access to GSMA industry intelligence, networking and events with other members whom include 800 operators and 250 other mobile ecosystem players.

Workz Director Brad Taylor commented “As a provider of mobile subscriber products to over 50 operators across the Middle East, Africa, Europe and Asia, it is paramount at this stage of the company’s growth that we are playing a proactive role in the industry’s future. By joining the GSMA, I believe we have an exciting opportunity to collaborate with some of the industry’s leading players and influence the direction of the market. We believe the role the GSMA plays in the industry is vital for the health of telecoms. We, particularly, see remote provisioning and M2M solutions as critical topics for the development of the industry as well as the transition to embedded SIMs. We’re proud to be a GSMA member and think their initiatives will allow us to develop into a key telecoms player.”
